Buss’It is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Buss’It strictly prohibits:

  • Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including real, altered, computer-generated, or artificial intelligence-generated content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation, exploitation, trafficking, sextortion, or inappropriate sexual communication involving minors.
  • Sharing, requesting, promoting, distributing, or attempting to obtain sexual content involving anyone under 18 years of age.
  • Content or activity that encourages, facilitates, or normalizes child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Reporting Child-Safety Concerns

Users may report inappropriate accounts, posts, videos, comments, messages, live content, or other activity using the reporting features available within the Buss’It app.

Please include relevant information that may assist our safety team. Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected illegal child sexual abuse material.

Enforcement

Buss’It reviews reports involving potential child exploitation and may:

  • Remove content
  • Restrict features
  • Suspend accounts
  • Permanently terminate accounts
  • Preserve relevant information
  • Take other appropriate safety measures

When required or appropriate, Buss’It will report apparent child sexual exploitation and CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and applicable law-enforcement agencies.

Compliance With Child-Safety Laws

Buss’It complies with applicable child-protection and child-safety laws. We cooperate with lawful investigations and valid legal requests relating to child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.
