You are solely responsible for your account. This includes:

• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

Buss It is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Users are solely responsible for all content they upload to Buss It. By posting content, you confirm you have the rights to share it.

You agree NOT to upload:

• Illegal material of any kind
• Copyright-infringing content
• Hate speech or content targeting groups or individuals
• Violent or sexually explicit content
• Fraudulent or intentionally misleading material

Buss It reserves the right to take the following actions without prior notice where necessary for safety or legal compliance:

• Remove content that violates our policies
• Restrict or suspend accounts
• Modify or discontinue platform features
• Terminate access to the platform

All trademarks, branding, logos, and software associated with Buss It remain the exclusive property of Buss It and its owners.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any platform technology
• Users may not exploit platform assets without explicit written permission
• Unauthorized use of Buss It branding or intellectual property is strictly prohibited

Buss It is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Continuous availability of the platform
• That all content on the platform is accurate or reliable

Your use of Buss It is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buss It shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Data loss of any kind
• Reputation damage
• Indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of the platform

Buss It may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms & Conditions
• Illegal activity conducted through the platform
• Abuse, harassment, or other harmful behavior

You may also request deletion of your own account at any time through the app settings.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
